4. How do I find only recent cases on my search topic? To get the most recent opinions for any search, use the Date Range Option below the search query box. For example, searching for “credit card fraud” results in 75 court decisions in California since January 1, 2001. For results in the last month, you would limit the search from 11/01/2002 to 12/01/2002, which results in 5 documents.
